An age of storms drains a will Life in motion, now stood still Darkened clouds wash the sky A heavy vision upon this eye Torment paints the sky of day The painter's pallet in shades of grey Disillusioned in the distant view Though search for hope is breaking through The light beyond horizon's sight Shall rise again beyond this night When shadows fall in lengths of trees And brightness comes for all to see Life in motion shall once more return To teach the lessons which we have learned Of compassion and care and kindness done The hope of a future together as one These storms shall pass beyond this night When hope will rise in morning light Let us find a world of hope and respect A world of love where we connect.
